The drills were successful and students were quickly returned to learning. We appreciate your support in keeping Georgetown's schools safe. Our talented 8th-grade students have been working hard on their realistic "Nike" drawings using acrylic paint! 🖌️👟 This project combines creativity, precision, and attention to detail as they bring their artistic visions to life. #IgniteInspireInstill

Sixth-grade STEM students participated in a project that integrated a battery, voltage reducer, and servo into their Wearable Devices. They also added LEDs to both the dome and body panels of the devices. After completing this assembly, the students set up two buttons connected to their Wearable Devices. Following this configuration, they utilized block coding to program the LED lights to flash. In the next stage of their project, students will investigate methods to develop different blinking patterns for the LED lights. #IgniteInspireInstill
