Dear Georgetown Community Members,
On behalf of the Georgetown Exempted Village School's Board of Education, administration, staff, and students, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to the voters of our community for approving the Permanent Improvement Levy on November 4, 2025.
Your support reflects a strong commitment to maintaining safe, modern, and well-equipped schools for our studentsโtoday and for generations to come. This
renewal levy will allow us to make improvements to our facilities, technology, and equipment, ensuring that our learning environments continue to inspire excellence and opportunity.
We recognize that this investment represents your trust in our district and in the value of public education. Please know that we take that trust seriously and are committed to using these funds responsibly, efficiently, and transparently. We look forward to keeping you informed as projects move forward and improvements take shape across our schools.
Thank you again for believing in our students and in the future of our community. Together, we are building something lasting and meaningful for all who call Georgetown Schools home.
With Gratitude,
Brad Winterod - Superintendent of schools

As a district, we know the current lack of distribution of SNAP funds has impacted many of our students and their families! Last week we got to work, seeking the support of local businesses, to make a food "drive-thru" happen for those in need. We're so grateful for the generous contributions that John Wood Insurance, Peoples Bank, Merchants National Bank, Southern Hills Community Bank, and UMC Ministry were willing to make.
We're also grateful for this team of staff members, many who donated their time on their day off, to pack 80 meal boxes up in record speed! We've got one amazing community and staff!
Our drive-thru was a great success, handing out nearly 50 boxes in a two hour time span. We do still have approximately 30 meal boxes and many 1/2 gallons of milk available to students and families in need. If you're interested in picking up a box, please swing by the High School between 7:30 AM and 3 PM, 11/5-11/7. Those in need of delivery are encouraged to reach out to Maria Wolfe at Maria.Wolfe@gtown.k12.oh.us.
