Spiritual wellness is our focus and the girls have been challenged to spend some time reflecting on their core values and beliefs. We were also very fortunate to have Mrs. Erin Bright (GHS art teacher) put together a yoga video just for them! Thank you to the super moon and back!
Our topic last week was intellectual wellness. The girls were tasked by their mentors to do puzzles, make schedules, and share their favorite ways to workout their minds! We also had the alphabet fitness challenge. If you’re looking for a good workout give it a try! #GirlStrong

#GirlStrong2020 has been modified to an online formate using google classroom! Girls are challenged to commit to 5 ways to stay physically healthy, dance to three Taylor Swift Songs and do a fitness challenge that had them running around the outside of their house five times!! Lots of fun is in the works for the weeks to come as the focus on learning about the Seven Dimensions of Wellness! #GtownWay
