Dear Georgetown Elementary Families,

We are excited to invite you to our End-of-Year Level Up Celebration Parade! This special event will replace our traditional grade-level awards ceremonies and will allow us to celebrate the growth, accomplishments, and successes of ALL students in a fun, schoolwide event.

Event Details:

πŸ“… Date: Wednesday, May 20, 2026
πŸ•’ Time: 10:30 a.m.
πŸ“ Location: GHS Track / Soccer Field Area

Families are invited to join us by sitting in the bleachers or bringing lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the celebration from the hillside.

Each grade level will be introduced parade-style with their teachers, a special walkout song, and grade-level colors. Students will carry signs sharing how they β€œleveled up” this school year by highlighting an important accomplishment, goal, or success they are proud of. Our goal is to celebrate every student and the many ways they have grown this year!

Grade Level Colors:

  • KDG – Black (shirts will be provided)

  • 1st Grade – Red

  • 2nd Grade – Orange

  • 3rd Grade – Yellow

  • 4th Grade – Green

  • 5th Grade – Blue

  • 6th Grade – Tie-Dye (students will create shirts at school)

Throughout the event, we will also recognize:

  • PBIS Raffle winners

  • Read-a-Thon Top Readers

  • Perfect Attendance

  • Blue Line Leader Winners

⭐Important Reminders:

  • Family members will not be permitted on the track and field for safety reasons. Please remain in the bleachers or on the hillside.

  • Students will not be permitted to be signed out early following the parade. All students will return to class and follow normal dismissal procedures at the end of the school day. We have several other activities planned that your students will not want to miss!

  • Parking is available in all elementary and high school lots. Please arrive early!

We are looking forward to celebrating our students together and ending the school year on a high note!

Thank you for your continued support!
