In case any of you are cleaning out your basement or closets or kids' rooms this weekend, Student Council is sponsoring a book drive to help get age-appropriate books to kids around Cincinnati.
We are partnering with the Greater Cincinnati Literacy Network to help supply books to their 150+ neighborhood "Little Libraries" as well as to help them reach their goal of providing each child in Cincinnati Public Schools with 10 new books of their own.
We're accepting used books (and monetary donations for new books) through Wednesday, February 16th.
There will be a box in the guidance office at the high school and in the office at the elementary school.
