We are proud to announce the October Athletes of the month, Ms. Lizzy Cahall & Mr. Ely Hatten. They were selected for their outstanding athletic performances, achievements and leadership.
Lizzy finished first for her team in every race this season leading them to win first place as a team in the SBAAC League Cross Country Meet and the opportunity to advance and compete at Regional Cross Country Meet. During that race she cut 34 seconds off her PR and was five runners away from advancing to the State Meet.
Ely played a big role in the success of the boys soccer team. He was second in the SBAAC league for shutouts with seven this season and recorded 52 saves in 15 games. He is a vocal leader on the field which contributed to the G-Men clenching their 4th league title in a row with a season league record of 6-0-2 for the National Division. ⚫️🟡
